Excellent hotel with amazing staff who genuinely care !

Incredibly attentive staff, spacious clean room.

Booked the hotel for its marvellous and handy location so close to the center of town, Mandela beach where the music is pumping from being and lots and lots of gorgeous Caribbean beach front near Hard rock, and the main restaurant and the sports bar.

Units with balcony. A whirlpool and a coffee/tea maker - very useful:)))

I had a wonderful time relaxing by the beautiful rooftop infinity pool and enjoyed the spaciousness of my deluxe room with an amazing city view. The spa provided a really nice chance to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast spread had so many tasty options to choose from. One little downside was that the restaurant service could have been more attentive, but it didn’t take away from my overall great experience. 😊

Had huge and modern room, it included climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television. I admired great views from the window. Location: the hotel was right by Mandela beach where the music is pumping from being and lots and lots of gorgeous Caribbean beach front near Hard rock and the mall with a pushchair and Mexico after a long flight.

New-fashioned, fantastic room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. Incredible views of city.

great value for a short stay

The staff provided really good service and were always ready to help. The spacious room offered a fine city view that enhanced our stay. I enjoyed the modern amenities, especially the comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep.

We found the parking situation to be a bit inconvenient.

The room was spacious and the large shower felt very nice after long days exploring. The rooftop pool had fine views of the lagoon. This hotel has exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in cancun.

The modern hotel was clean, with beautiful beds and a spacious shower. I loved the rooftop infinity pool-it has an amazing view of the lagoon! The gym was superb too, and the staff were attentive.

I stayed for one night as a solo traveler before my flight to Europe. The room was spacious, featuring a huge comfortable bed and a balcony. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, ensuring I felt welcome throughout my visit. There was no coffee available in the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient, and the nail spa in the building was overpriced with slow service. It was a comfortable stay that met my needs for transit.

Modern hotel, great rooftop pool, but internet connectivity was a bit slow.

The comfy room was a plus too! Just wish they had coffee in the lobby ☕

The room was spacious, but we experienced loud hammering noises .

The bed was very comfortable, and the powerful shower was a highlight. The staff were great throughout. The rooftop pool offered a fantastic view. Breakfast had great variety.

The hotel had a modern feel, with wheelchair accessibility and a lovely clean environment. The staff were attentive. I particularly appreciated the spacious room with a walk-in shower.

More pool chairs for comfort would be ideal.
